Fabulous Golf Tournament at the Robert Trent Jones Course, HHI, SC

It was such a great day at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course for the WAHHI (Women's Association of Hilton Head Island) "LOVE Golf" Tournament. This past Friday, we had our annual fundraiser event, which attracted 23 foursomes. Everyone has had nothing but nice things to say about the golf course's layout and its wonderful, personable staff. We are grateful to the Robert Trent Jones Course Staff for making our event possible!

Today, three friends and I played the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Course. The lowcountry course was in excellent condition, especially for January. The speed of play was ideal—less than four hours for a foursome—the greens were hard but not too fast, and the staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful in every manner. And the 19th hole was fun with Big Jim's Grill. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We played the Palmetto Dunes Hills course on Sunday, October 29. Mark and Ed were positive and very helpful from the moment we arrived at the bag drop. They continued to be so when we went to the pro shop and onto the course with the starter, ranger, and water cart. The course was in unbelievable condition, and the greens were among the nicest we've played while visiting Hilton Head. I will most certainly return to play this course again.

Great golf course!

Excellent golf course with plenty of parking, a sizable pro shop, restaurant, and bar, and an abundance of clothing selections in the pro store. The driving range has covered bays, and every stall has trackman, which is fantastic! A good-sized range with a respectable number of targets to shoot at. Excellent design of the golf course; every hole appears to have bunkers, hazards, and OB stakes in place; the greens are generally quite large but yet seem difficult to hit, with great, level tee boxes and a reasonable amount of slope and undulation. If you enjoy golf at any level, come here and you'll be happy.

What a Wonderful Golf Course!

Extremely difficult and lengthy, with numerous deep bunkers and water hazards. But considering the volume of play it gets, a very well-kept course. There's a huge pro shop, great on-course rangers and starters, and a very informed and courteous personnel.

Amazing Views

Gorgeous course with nearly every hole offering a fantastic vista. 18-holes of difficulty, but not too difficult for a mid-level player. Given the excellent quality and level of attention provided, the price was reasonable. There were lots of clothing selections in the pro-shop! The personnel was really pleasant! In my opinion, 9.2/10! Will definitely be back!

Tough Course

Yesterday, we played RTJ, and the course was in excellent shape. It's never easy. It was all part of the fun, even though we all spent a little too much time in the bunkers. The service was excellent, particularly that of Kevin, the bag drop attendant. The grill's bartender was incredibly cordial, helpful, and productive. Our course rotation always includes RTJ, and we reside nearby.
